Brenda Vance (team Vance)  went above and beyond when she helped us sell our home. While it took us awhile to finally put on market,  she was patient and helpful in the preparation.  Always very professional. We were pleasantly shocked when our home sold less than a week after listing it. We owe it to Brenda so much for helping us prepare our home for this quick turn around. It was a seamless sell for us.  We will miss our home of 12 years.

Brenda arranged the inspection, repairs, renovation and coordinated with all the contractors, cleaning services, staging expert and professional photographer to make our house stand out.  She has a tremendous base of resources for accomplishing absolutely everything.  Her excellent working relationships with contractors was so impressive, and it would have been nearly impossible for us to have accomplished all that was required without her. I had the opportunity to work on a transaction with Brenda and she was amazing. I’ve never worked with another agent who was more willing to help, transparent and her communication level was incredible. Not to mention her entire team (assistants, loan officers, lenders) were phenomenal. Brenda’s team is a well oiled machine from top to bottom, world class service.
